President Putin was present at the naval manoeuvres that took place this time. This time, he praised the capability and readiness of the Russian Navy and issued warnings to the enemy. The Russian president claimed that the Russian Navy had established its presence in most of its maritime areas. Putin testified that Russia had gained a foothold in the world’s leading navies on the strength of hypersonic missiles, nuclear submarines, and coastal defence systems.
