Kabul- The Taliban militants implement the orders received from Pakistan’s military and intelligence agencies. An Afghan newspaper has alleged that Taliban leaders travel without any constraints in Pakistan and openly raise funds for their activities.
The Kabul Times, an Afghan newspaper, has accused Afghanistan of being a part of Pakistan’s policy of destabilizing the country, provoking conflict and preventing a stable government. The newspaper claimed that if Afghanistan wants stability, it has to carry out attacks on terrorist hideouts in Pakistan.
