NATO announces to hold 'nuclear' war drills

Brussels: Despite the warning given by Russia, NATO announced to conduct a ‘nuclear exercise’, that is, nuclear attack drills next week. NATO chief Stoltenberg informed that the exercise was planned before the start of the Ukraine conflict. ‘If this exercise is cancelled at this time, it will send very wrong messages. It may make Russia feel that NATO does not have the strength and will to defend its member states. It could escalate the situation with a marked surge in Russia’s aggression. NATO has informed that live bombs will not be used during the drills.
