China’s image in the international community is still negative and flawed

Washington/ Beijing: Last month, China President Xi Jinping had conveyed the message to communist party leaders and officials to portray China as a lovable and polite nation. Even though the leaders and officials were serious about this message by Jinping, other nations did not care for it as much. As per the report of Pew Research Centre, globally, the image of China remains negative and flawed. While the Chinese Communist Party has been applauding itself for completing a centenary, the release of this report draws attention.

China’s imageThe survey conducted in the United States, Europe alongside 17 prime nations in the Asia Pacific proves that China’s image remains negative. This survey was conducted in nine European nations alongside the United States and Canada. It was also carried out in six Asia Pacific countries. Over 88% of people in Japan have expressed a negative opinion about China. Besides, 80% of people from Sweden, Europe have expressed disdain for China.
