Taiwan shoots down intruding China drone

Taipei – Taiwan had warned of teaching a lesson to China’s intruding planes and destroyers. Taiwan has shown that its warning was not empty. On Thursday, Taiwan’s security forces shot down China’s intruding drone. This action by Taiwan, just 15 kilometres from the Chinese coast, has caused a stir.

droneAbout 62 Chinese fighter and bomber aircraft and seven destroyers patrolled near Taiwan’s maritime and air limits on Wednesday. This is the first time in the last nine months that such a large number of Chinese aircraft have flown so close to Taiwan’s airspace. A few hours ago, the United States announced it would sell defence materials worth about one billion dollars to Taiwan. It is claimed that enraged by this, China has sent planes and destroyers to Taiwan Strait and threatened Taiwan and the US. Taiwan’s Ministry of Defense had warned China under such circumstances. Taiwan had warned that if Chinese warplanes or destroyers passed close to Taiwan’s territory, it would be strongly retaliated by Taiwan’s military having the right to self-defence. The Ministry of Defense of Taiwan had announced that their warning was not limited to China’s warplanes and destroyers that have intruded into Taiwan’s territory despite repeated warnings, but it was a warning for Chinese drones entering the territory of Taiwan too.

घुसपैठी ड्रोन, Taiwan A Chinese drone infiltrated the territory of ‘Lion Islet, Taiwan’s Kinmen Province, a few hours later. Security forces shot down the drone by launching an attack on the island of Taiwan, which is just 15 kilometres off the coast of China’s Fujian province. The security command of Kinmen County reported that the Chinese drone crashed into the sea. A local security official Timothy Tsai warned that after this action, China would have to reconsider before sending its drones into Taiwan’s territory.

Earlier, Taiwan had activated its air defence system to warn of Chinese intruding aircraft. Besides, missiles were also aimed at Chinese planes. Still, the incident of Taiwan’s shooting down of China’s drones becomes noteworthy. Moreover, the security officials of the island of Taiwan, which is a few kilometres away from the coast of China, have proved that they will not bow down to China’s pressure by taking this action.

While intruding into Taiwan’s air and sea space, China’s air force and navy withdraw in time, taking care not to ignite a conflict with Taiwan. China argues that Taiwan can be terrorised without a direct war through this. However, sometimes, even by accident, this will spark a conflict that China did not expect. After that, no one will have control over the situation here. Therefore, analysts worldwide have consistently warned that China should not play with fire this way. Taiwan seems to have articulately made China aware of this by shooting down a Chinese drone.

A Taiwanese entrepreneur will create three million warriors against China

Recognising a threat to his country’s security from China, a famous entrepreneur in Taiwan has prepared to raise an army of nearly 30 lakh citizens. Robert Tsao, the founder of the microchip manufacturing company United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC), has taken the initiative. The 75-year-old Tsao has donated a staggering 3.3 million dollars to raise an army of three million citizens as part of his anti-Chinese struggle.

Tsao has taken this step to prepare three million people to defend Taiwan in the event of a Chinese invasion. Tsao informed that these three million people could be used as auxiliaries for Taiwan’s military.
